Delta State Talent Quest (DTQ) is a created public relations media strategically tailored to achieve a positive attitudinal change in Delta State and beyond using the youth as –the driver- through the discovery, development and grooming of talents based on empowerment, leadership and re-orientation programmes which will include training, concerts, seminars and other developmental events that will run periodically in Delta State.

AIM:
The major aim of this project is to support human capital development in Delta State youth who are undoubtedly faced with hard conditions and challenges by engaging them in activities that will not only showcase their talents but also afford them the opportunity to positively channel their energy.   Secondly, the project aims at encouraging the youth to shun violence and other vices but to look inwards and find independence through God-given talents.  The project is also aimed at adding economic value to the talent these youths posses, thereby liberating them financially
